I’ m Mallika, Born & brought up in a middle class family. Now I’m stepped into my career as a Customer service associate at teleperformance Cochin. I like to share my experience at Hostech DDUGKY kalpetta. During the 5 months of course of my classroom training and on-the job training. I have learnt lot of things and got some new skills.
